Songs Of The Plains, il nuovo album di Colter Wall, uscirà il prossimo 12 ottobre su etichette Young Mary’s record Co. e Thirty Tigers.
Registrato negli RCA Studios di Nashville con Dave Cobb come produttore, il nuovo album di Colter è composto da 11 brani: sette originali, due pezzi della tradizione cowboy (Night Herding Song e Tying Knots In The Devil’s Tail) e due cover, Wild Dogs di Billy Don Burns e Calgary Round-Up di Wolf Carter.
Ad accompagnare Wall ci sono lo stesso Cobb alla chitarra acustica, Lloyd Green alla pedal steel, Chris Powell alla batteria e alle percussioni, Jason Simpson al basso, Mickey Raphael all’armonica e Blake Berglund e Corb Lund alle voci.
Il disco è anticipato dai pezzi Plain To See Plainsman e Calgary Round-Up.
