L’ex Bad Seeds Mick Harvey e lo scrittore e musicista Christopher Richard Barker pubblicheranno il prossimo 9 novembre su Mute The Fall and Rise of Edgar Bourchier and the Horrors of War.
L”album è dedicato all’opera a lungo dimenticata del poeta della prima guerra mondiale Edgar Bourchier, figura inventata dallo stesso Barker, la cui storia è stata messa in musica in quello che si annuncia essere un concept album sugli orrori della guerra e sul clima del primo Novecento.
Oltre ad Harvey e Barker, l’album vede la collaborazione di J.P. Shilo e la presenza di Jade Imagine, Simon Breed e Alain Johannes in qualità di guest vocalists.
